Aug.23,Chester---------------------For the most part Hurricane Bill was a non event. More of a heavy rain storm than a hurricane. More energy was spent preparing for Bill than Bill unleashed on a nervous populace. We bring you some photos of how the storm looked as it landed on Chester. Maybe we were lucky this time. Below is a short video of how it was on the CYC wharf.
